摘要: This article discusses the concept of health management and stresses that community health management should be the starting point of community health service, necessitating a paradigm shift from observing the treatment-oriented medical model to observing the prevention-and-health management-based medical model. Community health construction has entered a new phase, one which highlights the need to train general practitioners in practice-based life cycle health management. In addition, general practitioners should assume the mission of implementing community health management.

摘要:

本文以文献研究为基础,通过选取江苏、浙江、上海三地有代表性的社区卫生服务中心、企业、健康保险公司以及健康管理服务机构共17家单位开展了调研,结果发现我国在开展健康管理过程中存在一些问题,如社区卫生服务中心无论在人员配备上还是服务内容上都与有效的健康管理服务存在差距;企业具有开展健康管理的意愿,外资企业与大型国企都已经开展了有益的尝试并取得了不错的效果,国内中小型企业、公司缺乏独立开展职工健康管理的能力;健康保险公司由于缺乏盈利模式大多不愿意开展健康险服务,健康管理多作为附加选项服务于高端客户;健康管理服务公司的业务以体检为主,大多并没有开展真正意义上的健康管理。针对这些问题课题组提出了八个相关的政策建议及相应的对策。

我国老年智慧康养平台建设路径研究

摘要:

我国正处于老年人口数量较多、老龄化速度加快、应对人口老龄化任务繁重的阶段,利用现代化技术建立老年智慧康养平台是解决我国养老问题的有效途径。本文阐述了建设老年智慧康养平台的背景以及相关概念与发展现状,以杭州市西湖区老年智慧康养平台为案例,深入分析了老年智慧康养平台的建设模型与发展面临的问题,进而总结了我国老年智慧康养平台的共性特征。研究提出了我国老年智慧康养平台的建设路径:以科技手段助力实现健康中国为建设目标,以全国康养信息和数据的互联互通为建设基础,构建“社区嵌入型”智慧康养服务综合体来调动服务资源,开展远程健康数据监测和健康管理来强化信息支撑,发挥地域优势并促进本土康养产业升级。为此建议,推动康养产业及科技转化,健全老年人精神需求保障机制,完善老年人能力评估体系,构建智慧康养标准体系,协调城乡智慧康养产业发展。

A review of soil nematodes as biological indicators for the assessment of soil health

Healthy soils are essential for sustainable agricultural development and soil health requires careful assessment with increasing societal concern over environmentally friendly agricultural development. Soil health is the capacity of soil to function within ecological boundaries to sustain productivity, maintain environmental quality, and promote plant and animal health. Physical, chemical and biological indicators are used to evaluate soil health; the biological indicators include microbes, protozoa and metazoa. Nematodes are the most abundant metazoa and they vary in their sensitivity to pollutants and environmental disturbance. Soil nematode communities are useful biological indicators of soil health, with community characteristics such as abundance, diversity, community structure and metabolic footprint all closely correlated with the soil environment. The community size, complexity and structure reflect the condition of the soil. Both free-living and plant-parasitic nematodes are effective ecological indicators, contributing to nutrient cycling and having important roles as primary, secondary and tertiary consumers in food webs. Tillage inversion, cropping patterns and nutrient management may have strong effects on soil nematodes, with changes in soil nematode communities reflecting soil disturbance. Some free-living nematodes serve as biological models to test soil condition in the laboratory and because of these advantages soil nematodes are increasingly being used as biological indicators of soil health.

Attributes, challenges and future directions of community resilience

With the continuous development of human society, the damage to the natural environment is becoming increasingly large, causing crisis events to occur frequently. In recent years, the study of community resilience is becoming popular among scholars because of its perspective on disaster prevention and mitigation. In this study, we apply database retrieval to untangle community resilience-related papers from multiple directions. We analyze the connotation, attribute, and composition of community, resilience, and community resilience comprehensively by summarizing important issues and research progress in community resilience. Challenges and shortcomings faced by community resilience development are also determined. Moreover, we put forward the research directions that future research can focus on. Through literature review, current research on community resilience focuses on the following aspects: “infrastructure construction,” “crowd in the community,” “economic resilience,” “social capital,” and “measurement of community resilience.” Such research is not yet systematic and relatively decentralized. The attention to collective resilience in the community is relatively weak, which makes achieving the goal of “people-oriented and systematic control” difficult. Therefore, this study states that the development of future community resilience should stand from the perspective of “system of system” and build on knowledge and tools of various relevant domains. Therefore, public needs and participation are highlighted as breakthrough points. The research should integrate infrastructure and economic resilience, social resource allocation, network connection, and other aspects to build a holistic and functional resilient community.

The diazotrophic community in oat rhizosphere: effects of legume intercropping and crop growth stage

In this study, the abundance, diversity and structure of the diazotrophic community in oat rhizosphere soil in three cropping systems and at two oat growth stages were investigated using real-time PCR and Illumina MiSeq sequencing. The gene abundance in oat-soybean intercropping (OSO) and oat-mungbean intercropping (OMO) was significantly greater than that in sole oat (O), but the gene abundance significantly decreased at the later stage in all the treatments. Alpha diversity indices in OSO and OMO were higher at the heading stage, but lower at the maturity stage than that in O. and were the dominant genera identified in all samples, with an average proportion of 35.8% and 12.4%, respectively. The proportion of dominant genera showed significant differences and varied with cropping system and growth stage. Principal component analysis showed that growth stage had a stronger effect than intercropping on the diazotrophic community structure. However, Mantel test and redundancy analysis showed there was no environmental factor significantly correlated to the diazotrophic community structure. Our results demonstrate that intercropping had a weaker effect than growth stage on the abundance, diversity and structure of the diazotrophic community in oat rhizosphere soil.

我国药食两用物品产业发展战略思考

摘要:

药食两用物品作为中医药和我国饮食文化的重要组成部分,是健康中国建设不可或缺的“元器件”。本文综合运用文献分析、数据挖掘、专家咨询等方法,对我国药食两用物品产业的发展机遇、发展现状、存在问题和对策建议进行了系统梳理。本文认为,药食两用物品在防治慢性疾病和延缓衰老方面具有重要潜在价值,并有望成为健康重心下移和疾病防治关口前移的日常物质基础,是促进经济双循环的重要载体,也是助力乡村振兴的重要抓手。研究建议,树立文化自信,加强对药食两用物品科学研究的投入,推动药食两用物品在保护人民健康方面发挥更大贡献;完善药食两用物品相关的法律法规体系,提升监管水平和能力,建立符合有中国特色的管理体系和质量标准体系;加强国内外交流和贸易,促使药食两用物品在“一带一路”和人类卫生健康共同体建设中发挥更加重要的作用。

Percolation-based health management of complex traffic systems

摘要: System health management, which aims to ensure the safe and efficient operation of systems by reducing uncertain risks and cascading failures during their lifetime, is proposed for complex transportation systems and other critical infrastructures, especially under the background of the New Infrastructure Projects launched in China. Previous studies proposed numerous approaches to evaluate or improve traffic reliability or efficiency. Nevertheless, most existing studies neglected the core failure mechanism (i.e., spatio–temporal propagation of traffic congestion). In this article, we review existing studies on traffic reliability management and propose a health management framework covering the entire traffic congestion lifetime, from emergence, evolution to dissipation, based on the study of core failure modes with percolation theory. Aiming to be “reliable, invulnerable, resilient, potential, and active”, our proposed traffic health management framework includes modeling, evaluation, diagnosis, and improvement. Our proposed framework may shed light on traffic management for megacities and urban agglomerations around the world. This new approach may offer innovative insights for systems science and engineering in future intelligent infrastructure management.
